Research by the National Commission revealed that two higher education institutions listed in the Code of Conduct Register don’t educate any international students. Subsequently, contact was made with these institutions. Both institutions indicated that they indeed do not educate international students and don’t intend to do so, nor have any other interest in being included in the Code of Conduct Register. By mutual agreement, it was then decided not to continue the registrations.

The Commission therefore asked DUO, in its role as register administrator, to cancel the registrations in the Code of Conduct Register of Iselinge Hogeschool and Instituut Notenboom with effect from 1 January 2024.
