As a result of the measures to combat the COVID-19 virus, the National Commission has drawn up guidelines on the application of some provisions of the Code of Conduct for International Students in Higher Education. The guidelines were updated on 22 July 2020. This concerns the possibility to take the compulsory English language test, the application of an excusable reason if study delay occurs due to the measures taken and the assessment of the feasibility in case of conditional admission to the master’s program. The National Commission expects to be able to answer the questions from educational institutions with the guidelines. In order to arrive at these guidelines, there has been frequent coordination between the National Commission, the NRTO, Association of Universities of Applied Sciences, VSNU, the Ministries of Education, Culture and Science and the IND.
You can consult the updated guidelines under the ‘Documents’ tab and then ‘Code of conduct and regulations’.
